Where Cajun Meets Vietnamese

A tale of two cuisines, one passion, and a dragon that brings it all together.

Meet The Chef

Chef Harold Wong

Born to a Vietnamese-American family in Louisiana, Chef Harold Wong grew up surrounded by two rich culinary traditions. His mother's traditional Vietnamese cooking and the bold Cajun flavors of his Bayou neighbors sparked a lifelong passion for fusion cuisine.

After training in kitchens across the Gulf Coast, Harold spent over 30 years perfecting his craft—learning to balance the aromatic herbs and fresh flavors of Vietnam with the hearty, spice-forward cooking of Louisiana.

“When I cook, I'm bringing together my whole life on one plate,” Chef Harold explains. “The crawfish boils of my childhood, my grandmother's pho, the Sunday family gatherings—it's all there in every dish we serve.”
